She bought them in a moment of lust and later found out that the heels were just too high for comfort. For now, they rest in her closet. This piece blew my mind away. I love rustic, bold accessories and Payal showed me this fab find from New York. This is a neck-piece and it isn’t as heavy as it looks! In fact, you can choose to detach the rings to pick the size you wish to rock. Pretty cool huh?!

Recently, I have been getting a lot of requests on how to wear outfits that you can easily transition from day to night. I get it, we are busy girls and sometimes there is just not enough time for us to change and deal with all that jazz. I’m about to make it super simple for you with some help from Myntra.com.

For my day look, I kept it super simple. I paired a monochrome skater dress with a simple silver chain, bling flats and a graphic tote bag for an understated casual look. I adorned small diamond studs in the ear for an elegant feel. Nobody needs an excess of anything while you’re at work. Keep it minimalistic.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got at least four weddings to go for this season. Some of them are back to back and some of them within a month’s distance of each other! DIY Trick: Turning Bracelets & Bangles into Neckpieces

In our last fashion masterclass on #MMFridays, I showed you how to turn a bracelet into a cute neckpiece. So here’s a step-by-step guide to working your bangles or bracelets into a cool neckpiece. But first, make sure you have all you need: suede strings in colours and a pair of scissors to cut them, a few bangles and a chain-link bracelet. Now let’s get to it!

The Bangle Neckpiece

Step 1: Cut the suede strings to a desired length for the neckpiece. Gently loop each bangle close to each other.

Step 2: Once you have all the bangles looped, wear your neckpiece and tie the ends with a simple bow to secure it.

The Bracelet Neckpiece

Step 1: I cut a purple and a pink suede string to give me 3 parts each. Now you can choose to either braid them to give you one whole piece or just leave them as individual strings.

Step 2: Loop the loose strings or the braided ones through the last rings of the chain link bracelet on either sides.

Step 3: You may now wear you bracelet neckpiece and secure it by a simple knot

Step 1: Loop two different colours of suede strings through alternate chain-links.

Step 2: Voila! You’re looped neckpiece is now ready. You can just tie a bow-knot and style yourself to perfection!

Deepika Padukone

The reigning queen of airport style, Deepika Padukone left us feeling a bit blah about her look last evening. Once again, I woke up this morning with pictures of her at the airport and the style nerd in me did a cartwheel – that is, until I actually saw these pictures. A few things could have been changed but since she’s at the airport and not at some major event looking like this, it still makes it kind of alright.

For starters, I loved her white perforated leather tote. The glasses and the shirt were great too. Below the belt was where the problems started. In a pair of bootcut jeans and pointy toe flats, Deepika would have nailed it had she swapped either the jeans for another cropped pair or the flats for some tall wedges.

Her messy chignon and natural makeup however, was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing there. I also liked how she buttoned her shirt all the way up giving it a very geek chic vibe.

She might have let us down just a bit today but she’s Deepika Padukone – she’s going to come back up and smack you in the face with her style and you won’t even know what hit you…(I know, I went a bit overboard there but hey, I’m an absolute Deepika’s style fangirl).

Recently, our inboxes have been flooded with pictures of Bollywood celebrities at the airport. Mostly they’re all the guests who were invited to the mega Khan wedding – Arpita Khan married Aayush Sharma, for those who don’t know. While they all travelled to and from the airport, their airport style didn’t exactly blow our minds. We wanted to show you what they wore in any case and while we looked at the photos, we wondered what exactly they might have been thinking about while being captured by the paparazzi.
